This is a building instruction and guide with the piece list for my creation of Sam's House, inspired by a famous fantasy theme .

This set can be used as a display set, a play-set or even as a book nook. The 3 roofs are detachable, so it‘s easy to reach inside. It has an open back so you can look inside of it, even without removing the roofs.

The build offers a detailed exterior as well as interior, with a kitchen, a fireplace and a pantry.

When designing the model, I used original LEGO® pieces. It is designed for fans & collectors.

The product you purchase includes:

1x digital instruction including 726 building steps and 607 digital pages 

1x digital parts list

After the purchase, the file will be ready for you to download. The easiest way to get the pieces needed, is to use the parts codes provided on the Parts List on Bricklink. You can create a new Wanted List and add all the necessary pieces for this build.

Infos about the model:

• It uses a total of 1086 parts, that will cost around $130/ 125€, though you can check out Bricklink or your parts collection if you have one to lower the total cost.
• Physical information/ dimensions: 7.3/13.7/8.2 inches. It has a weight of 822g.
• You can use either Bricklink.com orLEGO.com to purchase the pieces needed to recreate this model.
